Very optimistic about the future of Indonesia’s economy, Loemongga Haoemasan is making great strides in her boutique property development.
“Indonesia has huge potential in the property market, but developers should adopt strong design concepts to cater for buyers or tenants who thirst for innovative living spaces,” the president director of PT. Asiana Lintas Cipta affirms.
Looking at the size of the country and how Indonesia has managed to stay stable in both economy and politics, Loemongga believes now is a propitious time for developers to maximize their potential market growth. And Loemongga has expanded her brilliant vision on innovative concept of design. Apart from prime location, the design is indeed the secret recipe behind the success of her boutique residences.
“We choose classic as the design. Classic is a timeless expression of nature and beauty, as well as simplicity and elegance,” Loemongga remarks.
Born on September 6, 1973 in Bandung, West Java, Loemongga takes two other female partners and has successfully created a niche market. Her two new boutique residences, the 100-unit Senopati Suite and the 56-unit Nirvana Residence, are in great demand. Situated in prestigious areas, both residences are designed to meet all the comfort of home. “The units in the two residences are almost all sold out!” she says excitingly.
Married to Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, she is now the mother of three boys; Ghaniya, 10, Ghaziya, 9, and the 20-month-old Ghibran. As life is not all work, Loemongga’s leisure includes spending quality time with her family, reading, doing yoga and pilates.
“I also love travelling. Istanbul is thus far my most favorite city. It’s very rich in culture and history. I especially like the city’s old and modern architectural styles of buildings. And for local destination, Bali is still the best for the island’s alluring panorama and cultural heritage,” she asserts.
Loemongga earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College in 1996. Prior to setting up PT. Asiana in 2004, she embarked on a number of business ventures such as in F&B;, production house and fashion.
Her quick-witted sense in property business is undoubtedly the fruit-bearing of her education and previous entrepreneurial experiences, leading to what would be the success now. Nevertheless, the get-up-and-go Loemongga does not stop there and is still hitting the road toward achieving a better success.
