Ignesjz said that during the congress, FIABCI University would give short course with the module “National and International Real Estate Skills, with International Buyers, Users and Investors”. The course is specifically designed to combine the local potentials, with the main theme “Opportunities for Real Estate in Indonesia: Potentials, Situation and Challenges.” The course is also expected to act as the guidance for the developers planning to spread their wings and entering international market, or cooperating with foreign investors to look for investment opportunities in Indonesia. It is also to anticipate the coming plan from the government to let foreigners own properties in Indonesia.
